Since 1990, BER has operated in the industrial electronic weighing sector, starting from the design and production of “dedicated systems”, and now becoming as a result of the acquired experience, integrator of industrial automation systems. Checkweigher SF: Single container weigher, ideal for weighing granular and powder products for the general food and industrial sector. The infeed product flow can be continuous or discontinuous. This type of weigher can be used to control and/or regulate product flow. To check the efficiency of the plant, this weigher provides the detected total and instantaneous flow of the product. Checkweigher DF: Double container weigher ideal for weighing granular and powder products for the general food and industrial sector. The infeed product flow can be continuous or discontinuous. This type of weigher can be used to control (DF) or regulate (DFR model) product flow. The DF model has a diverter at the product entrance that firstly guides the product on to one container and then on to the other, so product flow never stops. This weigher is therefore ideal for all products with bad flow such as bran or milling by-products for the milling sector. The DFR model has a load damper for each container that regulates the outfeed product flow. To check the efficiency of the plant, this weigher provides the detected total and instantaneous flow of the product. Weigher CF: Constant flow weigher. This weigher is used to regulate product flow and where it is important to have constant outfeed flow. To check the efficiency of the plant, this weigher provides the detected total and instantaneous flow of the product. A strong, precise, compact and easy to use weigher made from high quality material and advanced technology.
Detectors/ Flow meters RPB / DPB series: RPB detectors total up and detect product flow. DPB meters total and regulate the flow of product that passes with a special electric motor that shuts down immediately in the event of voltage loss. They are very compact and suitable for handling good-flowing granular products. They are unsuitable for measuring powdered or very humid products (due to the fact they do not flow well). All parts that come into contact with the product are made of AISI 304 steel (316 upon request).
Volumetric dispenser: The DV screw volumetric dispenser series or DVB double screw series are used to dose powder and not granular products. Each time the screw turns, a certain amount of product, depending on the screw features is dispensed. These dispensers can be used for dosing components or additives. Gravimetric doser: Dosing occurs through vibration. This doser is ideal for granular products and in some cases also for powder products, when it is impossible to use the screw dispenser. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of AISI 304 steel.
ADS2-C and ADS3-C capacitive dampening systems: Strong and compact, the automatic capacitive dampening system is easy to use and is precise and ideal for the continuous correction of cereal humidity. Reliable and high-precision measuring are ensured by measuring that is independent of the product density.
ADS2-M and ADS3-M grain dampening microwave: Strong and compact, the automatic grain dampening microwave is simple to use and is precise and ideal for the continuous correction of cereal humidity. Reliable and high-precision measuring are ensured by measuring that is independent of the product density.
Rolling mill automation kit: BER produces automation systems for rolling mills of any brand and model. The system is generally composed of a level sensor, an inverter-controlled motor and a control unit with a colour display or touchscreen. The system is supplied in many configurations according to the type of rolling mill. This device has been designed to meet customer requirements from around the world, to automate rolling mills that are in good mechanical order, but with electronics that are no longer working.
Level sensors: BER designs and manufactures different types of level sensors for the general milling and industrial sector. For the milling sector an example of a capacitive probe with analogue output is shown, to control the hopper level of the rolling mill. However, there are other types of probes: ultrasound, infrared, etc…
Filter control: BER designs and manufactures equipment to control bag filters with stepper motor or with electro valve outputs. The FLTMOT model manages the motor or 8 electro valves, while the FLT32 model manages up to 32 electro valves. For a higher number of electro valves, it is possible to add expansion modules. Both models have an easy to use TFT colour and multi-language display. There are no analogical regulations (trimmer etc…) but keyboard set parameters. There is an option of having the differential pressure switch to manage air economisation.
UGP05 weigher: The UGP05 control panel controls any type of checkweigher of any manufacturer. This device has been designed to meet customer requirements from around the world, to manage weighing systems that are in good mechanical order, but with electronics that are no longer working. The UGP system allows the managing of single and double container weighing systems and loss-in-weight systems.
